About Me.
I am a Computer Science student at UCF, building on a practical foundation of technical and operational experience. My background as a U.S. Army mechanic instilled discipline and logistical precision, which I directly applied as an IT Help Desk Technician, troubleshooting systems and managing Active Directory. I now leverage those problem-solving skills in a customer-facing role, resolving complex technical service inquiries. I am pursuing opportunities where I can merge this unique blend of hands-on technical support, structured discipline, and ongoing academic study in computer science.
